I ordered 3 patches, one custom and two standard (state flags). First off, the custom patch was perfect, exactly what I wanted (even my didn't complain about me buying this one).
They did send one wrong patch. I contacted them via text and they were very quick to send me a replacement.

To be honest I wasn't thinking the "free" shirt would be much. It was very sharp and the colors are great! Getting something free with an order is always a bonus. More places need to add a something like this. Will definitely keep shopping here!
