Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Please be advised that any customized items will have an average handling/production time of 3-7 business BEFORE shipment. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. We ship orders Monday-Friday only. Please note we do not ship any items on Saturdays or Sundays. Any orders placed on Fridays will ship the next Monday at the earliest, regardless of what shipping service is selected. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within a few days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Please note there will be a 15% restocking fee applied for all apparel items unless the return is a result of our error. There are no returns allowed for special order items. 

We do not provide returns on custom items unless it was a mistake on our part.

Refund or Replacement Policy with Purchased Shipping Insurance

Our priority is ensuring your order arrives safely. With Shipping Insurance, your purchase is fully covered for damage, loss, or theft during transit. Below is our policy for refunds or replacements:

  1. Eligibility for Claims

    • Shipping Insurance must be purchased at checkout to qualify for this coverage.
    • Claims must be submitted within 10 days of the expected delivery date.
  2. Loss or Theft Coverage

    • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, or if tracking information has not updated within 7 days, please reach out to us.
    • We will either replace the item at no additional cost or issue a full refund, depending on item availability and customer preference.
  3. Damage Coverage

    • If your order arrives damaged, please provide a photo of the damaged item and packaging.
    • We will arrange for a replacement item to be sent immediately or issue a full refund if a replacement is unavailable.
  4. Claims Process

    • Contact our customer support team with your order number and any relevant photos or tracking information.
    • Our team will review and process eligible claims within 5 business days.
  5. Exclusions

    • Shipping Insurance does not cover delays in transit or packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect address details provided at checkout.
    • Shipping Insurance does not cover errors in text made by the customer on custom items.
