3. Enter your text. All text will be capitalized.
4. Provide any special instructions.
5. Allow us time. Our custom items take 3-7 business days to produce.

Horrible Customer service. I have spent a ton of money with them. I ordered a custom patch it came in the wrong color thread and rather than work with me a multiple repeat customer she cut me off and said I ordered the wrong patch and there was nothing she could or would do to make it right. I am very disappointed by a company I like very much. Going forward I will spend my money elsewhere as they apparently do not actually appreciate customers who in todays market spend what little money they have your product. Disappointing
