2. Enter your text for top text field. We offer up to 15 characters (including spaces) on 1 line of text.

3. Select Blood type and Allergy designations. 

4. Select forward or reverse facing flag.

5. Provide any special instructions.

6. CONFIRM.  Confirm location of all text and spelling.  We will do our best to catch any spelling mistakes but is up to you to confirm.  

7. Allow us time. Our custom items take 3-7 business days to produce.
