With “Operator” hats becoming popular again, how do you know where to pick one up? Well, why not start with, (Made in the USA)? I have bought an “Operator” hat from a couple different places. The most recent one being Tactical Gear Junkie. If I am looking at a hat in person, I will look over some details like threads coming undone or placement of patches/logos. Where some might just be happy with their purchase, I think folks with a little more attention to detail (Marines probably) than others would find that crooked or offset loop side Velcro pieces can be irritating. Lazy effort even. Made in the USA, take a little more pride in what you’re doing. If you’re going to charge more than some overseas hat with the same purpose, pay a little more attention to the details. Fit and finish, well, to each their own. Apparently I have a slightly larger brain housing group than whom this hat is made for. It still works and I can still wear some moto and morale patches to feel cooler than a popsicle in the freezer. I can wear over-the-head ear pro comfortably. Overall, I like that hat. It’s light, enough quality that it’s held up to some field work. Black underside of the bill is fantastic. Functional thought bonus points. I still think flex fit hats are better. Just because I hate the sunburn spot on my bald grape, left behind due to the adjustable back. Last thought… would I buy again or another one from here? Queue popular game show music we all know or think of when a question comes up… yes, yes I would buy again or another one.

I’ve bought several of these hats and love them! I’d love a hunter orange version and I think they’d sell a lot. I’d buy at least 5 myself and maybe more. You guys pitch in and ask for them or tell me I’m dumb. I love them though! As an aside, please make it easier to pick patches for each Velcro area. That’s make this site perfect. Ed
When I received the hat in the mail, I immediately noticed the quality right off the bat! The material is thicker, and the sweatband is just 100% better than any of my other hats! I knew right away that this was a quality product that I would buy again, which by the way I did and the embroidery is spot on! Keep up the good work! Shoot, move, and communicate!
