5. What types of products do you carry?

We carry several lines of quality tactical gear and gun parts from manufacturers such as Condor Outdoor, Propper, DoubleStar and Fox Outdoor

6. What products do you manufacture?

We manufacture patches and name tapes, and we do all the engraving of gun parts and the stamping of dog tags.

7. Do all your patches come with Velcro™?

All our patches come with hook fastener backing unless the title specifically list “sew-on” We sell the soft loop side in our store separately. Custom patches can be made with either option, please specify your preference when placing your order.

8. What items in your store can be customized?

We can customize patches, name tapes, engraved gun parts and dog tags in-house to your specifications. From time to time, we will engrave customers’ rifles or pistol slides.

9. I am offended by some of your products, what do I do?

Suck it up buttercup.

10. What payments methods do you accept in-store and online?

We accept all major credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card, as well as PayPal and Amazon Pay. We will also accept money orders for on-line payments as well as check and cash for in-store payments.

11. Do you sell guns and ammunition?

Currently we do not sell these items but we do have our Federal Firearms License (FFL) to do gun transfers.

Custom Engraving

1. What products can be engraved?

We offer a wide selection of engraved stock designs on various gun parts, including but not limited to, AR15 and AR10 charging handles, port covers, take-down pins, trigger guards as well as back plates for most Glock handguns.

2. Do you do custom engraving?

Yes, we can do custom designs on any of the parts we sell. We currently offer custom ejection port covers and Glock backs through our website where you can upload an image or type in your text.

3. How long does it take for a custom engraved item to be made?

We normally need anywhere from 3-7 business days to custom engrave an item depending on the current demand/backlog.

4. Can I return custom engraved items?

Usually no, unless the item is defective in which case we will provide a replacement item.

5. Can I return premade engraved gun parts?

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

6. What do you use to engrave gun parts?

Our facility uses state of the art Epilog Laser engraving machines to create all of our custom and stock design gun parts. For more information on the engraving process, please see our video below!

Custom Embroidery

1. How much does custom embroidery cost?

    • Price will depend on size, quantity and complexity.
    • We offer several semi-stock options via our website which include military style name tapes, name patches and flak patches. These range in price anywhere from $1.50 for a name tape up to $16.99 for a custom flak patch with your logo. Custom Patches
    • For our fully customized patches, we charge a one-time artwork fee for an order under 50 patches. This can range anywhere from $5 to $50 but most designs are $15. Feel free to submit your design idea to us for a quote! Custom Patch Quote

2. Can I return custom embroidered items?

We do not accept returns on customized items unless the item is defective in quality or an error was made in spelling/colors. We do our best to catch mistakes and will work with you on a resolution should there be an issue.

3. How long does it take for a custom order to be made?

Most semi-custom orders placed via the website will be fulfilled within 1-7 business days. Custom orders can take a bit longer depending on quantity but we try our best to get out custom orders 1-4 weeks after the artwork is approved. As always, please feel free to contact us if you have an upcoming event or deployment and we will do our best to meet your deadline.

4. Where are fabrics and threads sourced for patches?

All of our patches are made using American made nylon cotton rip-stop fabrics from textile mills in MO or NJ. Our thread is made by Robinson & Anton, American & Efrid and Madeira.


5. Do your nametapes comply with Armed Forces regulations?

Yes, our nametapes are all made to spec and are BERRY Compliant.

6. Where are your patches and nametapes made?

We make all of our patches and nametapes in our production facility, located in Winchester, Kentucky. We utilize state of the art embroidery equipment and an experienced team of embroiderers, artists and quality control specialists to ensure every product we make is of the highest quality. 7. How do your patches differ from similar ones sold at other retailers?

Great question, as mentioned previously we only use the highest quality of fabrics and threads to produce our embroidered products. Many other online retailers who sell similar products outsource their production overseas to save on operating costs. However, we find that in many instances these products are of poor quality due to their inferior fabric and threads as well as sloppy stitching and poor QC. This difference in quality translates to us being able to provide a consistent, long lasting and visually appealing product.

8. Can I request custom artwork on patches?

Yes absolutely! To request a quote for custom artwork please fill out this form. Please allow up to 24 hours for an e-mail response from our sales department.

9. Do you offer bulk discounts for large orders?

Yes we do! For custom text patches placed via our website, we offer a $0.50/per patch discount for orders of 5-10 and $1.00/patch discount for quantities over 11. For other custom patches we offer incremental quantity discounts which can be found on our quote form.

10. Are there any limitations on what can be embroidered on a patch or name tape?

The main limitation to what can be put on a patch is due to text limitations, wherein we can only fit so much text in the space provided. There are also some patch designs that are too detailed for embroidery, such as small lettering or intricate designs. Should this be the case, we do have other options, such as printed patches. Barring these limitations, of course we support everyone’s First Amendment rights to self-expression.

Shipping and Returns

1. Do you offer international shipping?

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain international destinations.

2. Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized message cards?

Currently we do not offer this service and frankly, we suck at wrapping and hand-writing; but if you want us to draw a T-Rex on a skateboard holding a kitten on your package, we’re all for it!

3. My order is incorrect, what do I do?

Mistakes happen, and while we do our best to catch them, sometimes our shipping department sucks. Please contact us by phone or e-mail and we will be happy to work with you in resolving your issue.

4. What is your return policy for non-custom items?

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

5. Why can’t you ship IR patches internationally?

The International Traffic in Arms Regulations or ITAR is a set of government regulations that controls the import and export of certain defense related articles contained in the United States Munitions List (USML). As per these regulations, IR patches are not to be sent outside of the United States in the interest of national security and the safety of our troops at home and abroad.

Federal Firearms Transfers

1. Do you have an FFL?

2. Can I have a gun shipped to you from out of state?

Yes, we would be happy to assist you with your transfer either as a purchase shipped to us or a transfer shipped from us out of state.

We are preferred dealers with Sportsman’s Guide and Brownells.

3. Do I have to transfer a firearm through an FFL?

Under Federal law, an unlicensed individual is prohibited from transferring a firearm to an individual who does not reside in the State where the transferee resides. Generally, for a person to lawfully transfer a firearm to an unlicensed person who resides out of State, the firearm must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) within the recipient’s State of residence. He or she may then receive the firearm from the FFL upon completion of an ATF Form 4473 and a NICS background check

4. How does the transfer work?

For transfers shipped to us: Please contact us to make sure the individual/company you are purchasing the firearm from, has a copy of our FFL. If not, we will need an e-mail address that we can send our FFL to as well as your order information. Once the firearm has been received by us, we will contact you to arrange the transfer/pickup.

For transfers shipped out of state from us: We will need a copy of the recipients FFL and any related order information. We do not charge to transfer out of state, except for the cost to ship.

5. How much does a transfer cost?

We charge $10 per transfer, so if you have several guns shipped to us at once, it would be one transfer fee.

6. Can I do a transfer to another individual in-state through you?

Yes, but it is not necessary. Any person may sell a firearm to an unlicensed resident of the State where he resides as long as he or she does not know or have reasonable cause to believe the person is prohibited from receiving or possessing firearms under Federal law.
